Thanks to its strong and rigid saw blade, this Bigboy Outback Edition saw is 100% resistant to outdoor conditions. Silky applied a black coating of a unique nickel-tin blend to the entire blade, including the teeth. This ensures long blade life and incredible cutting performance.
The retracted blade effortlessly "bites" into the wood and keeps the saw cutting. With a blade length of 36 cm you have a long reach and can easily cut through logs up to 18 cm in diameter. The blade can be easily folded and unfolded using the locking button and has two different cutting positions. You can use this saw with both hands to achieve exceptional cutting performance.
The wood and plastic composite handle provides a warm, comfortable feel and excellent control. It's slightly harder to the touch than Silky's usual GOM rubber handle, but offers better grip when working with oily substances.
Take this saw with you everywhere; the Bigboy 2000 Outback Edition is compact, lightweight and comes standard with a nylon zippered case. The inside of the case is coated with a protective layer that is also easy to keep clean.

To maintain effectiveness, the knife should be kept clean. The resin dissolves in olive oil, which is an effective and environmentally friendly way to maintain the blade. More aggressive liquids can damage the rubber material of the handle.
When not in use, ensure that the saw is always dry. Store the saw in a dry place, preferably in a sturdy case or suitable sleeve.
