Product detailed description
Hanwei has created a true work of art with the Toyotomi Hideyoshi katana. The tsuba features an image of Hideyoshi with embossed gold details and an engraving of Osaka Castle on the opposite side. The fuchi depicts a tea ceremony with gold details, as does the kashira with a depiction of Osaka Castle. The handle is wrapped in black cotton on a white ground. The forged T10 tool steel blade has hi on both sides, making this katana light and fast. A deep black lacquered saya completes the whole. The Toyotomi Hideyoshi Katana represents the best of Hanwei sword craftsmanship and artistry, satisfying both the trainee and collector.
