The blade of the knife is made of advanced CPM-3V powder steel, which has an exceptional hardness of 61±1 HRC and excellent wear resistance. This material is known for its ability to withstand harsh conditions while maintaining flexibility and safety under heavy use. The drop-point profile, high-cut blade is optimal for meat processing, wood cutting and other demanding field tasks.

 The AK4 is designed as a "full-tang" knife, meaning the blade runs through the entire body of the knife to the end of the handle, providing maximum strength and balance. The handle is fitted with ergonomic Micarta scabbards, a durable composite material with excellent grip, even in wet conditions. A concealed loop at the end of the handle allows the attachment of a lanyard or loop, adding to the safety and versatility of the knife.
