The sword Excalibur, as a gift from the Lady of the Lake to King Arthur, caused his invincibility and the immense power he wielded over all of Britain at the time.
It is also depicted in stone, from where it is only drawn by the rightful royal heir, and these legends are also often associated with the wizard Merlin.
This is an Anglo-Saxon sword, the exact form of the original is unknown, the design was chosen by the maker based on imagination.
It is not a functional sword, it is for decorative purposes only.
