Product detailed description
This handmade SANTOKU kitchen knife is the perfect combination of functionality, aesthetics and precision workmanship, making it an indispensable tool for everyday and professional use. With a length of 32.7 cm, it offers the ideal balance between blade length and handling comfort, making it easy to cut a wide range of ingredients from vegetables to meat.
The blade, crafted from stainless damascus, impresses not only with its corrosion resistance, but also with its exceptional hardness and attractive layered steel pattern. Thanks to its thickness of just 2 mm, the blade enables precise cuts, which will be appreciated by amateur chefs and professionals alike. The knife weighs just 225 grams, ensuring easy handling and reducing hand fatigue during extended use.
The ergonomic handle, made of stabilized wood combined with resin, provides a comfortable grip while adding a unique visual element thanks to the integrated aluminum honeycomb. This material not only resists moisture and deformation, but also ensures durability and a unique look. The mandrel design gives the knife strength and stability, while the stainless steel rivets ensure a secure connection between the parts.
The result is a tool that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern materials to satisfy even the most demanding users, both in the home kitchen and in professional settings.

Czech knife manufacturer Dachs knives has been producing custom knives since 2002. Its range of interest includes both fixed and closing knives. The idea of Dachs Manufakture (Industrial Production) was born at the end of summer 2019, when the company came up with the idea to start producing knives with the help of a machining centre.
We offer knives where the machining centre has helped with the production, but it is still manual work and finishing such as edge stripping, grinding, fitting, chamfering, and finishing is still done by human hands.
Dachs knives prides itself on the fact that the knives are completely made in the Czech Republic!
