This handy Victorinox set includes a bread knife (21cm blade length), which features a serrated blade and is great for slicing bread, dough and separating pastries from the baking sheet, as well as a Santoku knife (19cm blade length), which  handles slicing and shredding meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and herbs. The smooth and very sharp blade prevents the leakage of juices, so the food is incredibly juicy. The other component is the versatile chef's knife (blade length 19 cm), with which you can cut and slice meat, fruit and vegetables. The popular serrated tomato knife (snack knife) makes it surprisingly easy to slice tomatoes and other vegetables, cut a roll, slice sausage and spread butter. With the vegetable knife (blade length 8 cm) you will make smooth and sharp cuts and  all smaller cooking tasks.

With the drawer organizer your knives will be stored practically and safely. Knife blades are separated  in individual slots of the organizer, which is made of beech wood. Dimensions of the organizer: length 430 mm, width 145 mm, height 65 mm.
