This Nakiri is handmade by highly skilled craftsmen with decades of experience in handcrafting knives. Featuring an ultra-thin blade forged with 67-ply damascus steel with a VG10 core, which reaches a hardness of HRC61+/-1, this knife exhibits exceptional sharpness. Olneya tesota wood is used on the handle and brass on the spacer, maximizing stability and anti-corrosion properties. The long and flat blade helps to cut vegetables completely without leaving unwanted cutting inaccuracies, this knife will be an ideal tool for cutting vegetables as well as being used as an all-purpose knife in the kitchen.

Instructions for use: 

- Do not use the knife for any purpose other than cutting food.
- Use the knife to cut fruit, vegetables, fish and boneless meat.
- Cut on blade-friendly surfaces such as wood, plastic or rubber.
- After use, hand wash the knife with mild dish soap, rinse and dry thoroughly with a cloth. Dishwasher use is NOT RECOMMENDED.
- Store the knife properly in a knife block, sheath or padded protective box.
