The kitchen knives of the XinCare series use very hard powdered steel as the cutting core, hardened to 61-62 HRC in a combination of sanmai with the unique food-grade antibacterial stainless steel 304Cu. The handle was made of high quality G10. This 18 cm long chef's knife maximizes hardness (HRC 62±1) and sharpness while minimizing the risk of attack by common pathogenic bacteria. Blade steel: cutting core made of very hard powder steel and outer shell made of antibacterial 304Cu stainless steel, which is a new type of material integrating structure and function.
It can be used as a commonly used steel in the decoration, chemical and automotive industries or as a strong antibacterial steel in the kitchen and in food utensils. Experimental tests have shown that 304Cu stainless steel has very strong antibacterial properties.
304Cu stainless steel is an austenitic chromiumnickel stainless steel with copper content. Apart from the additional copper content, it generally has the same properties as 304 stainless steel.
Instructions for use:
- Do not use the knife for any purpose other than cutting food.
- Use the knife to cut fruits, vegetables, fish and boneless meats.
- Cut on blade-friendly surfaces such as wood, plastic or rubber.
- After use, hand wash the knife with mild dish soap, rinse and dry thoroughly with a cloth. Use in a dishwasher is NOT recommended.
- Store the knife properly in a knife block, sheath or padded protective box.
