The title of the series, "Minamo-kaze", translates to breeze on the water's surface, or bleeding on the water's surface. The attractive matte white damascus blade has 63 layers of damascus with a high carbon stainless steel core (hardness 60±0.5 HRC).
The best sharpness is delivered by the team of super skilled craftsmen who make kitchen knives in Seki with their boundless dedication.
The originality is added by the traditional Japanese octagonal handle composed of red wood and black micarta ring.
This knife comes with a traditional Japanese "Aka-Ishime" cover in a luxury wooden box.
