Product detailed description
The Dick Santoku is a knife inspired by Japanese knives. It can handle slicing and shredding meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and herbs. The very sharp blade of these knives allows you to slice meat and fruit in a way that prevents leakage of juices, so the food is incredibly juicy. The blade has notches on the sides that hold air, so that pieces of meat do not stick to the knife.
