Product detailed description
The Ganzo Touch Pro Ultra sharpening set was created for sharpening knives of various types and lengths. Its main feature is its metal construction, so there are no concerns about the strength and durability of the tool. Optionally, the user can attach the grinder base to a table top or other surface and there are special screws for this purpose. Of course, it is quite possible to just hold the tool so that it does not move while grinding the blade.
It is also important to note that the Ganzo Touch Pro Ultra grinder is more compact than previous models; therefore, it is easier to transport and store. The grinder's guide consists of two separate parts. The handle of this model is elongated with a rubberized surface. The Touch Pro Ultra will appeal to both DIYers who are inexperienced with self-sharpening knives and professional users. The grinding system gives the user a certain flexibility in the entire grinding process by selecting the most suitable parameter settings. The knife can be fixed firmly with the clamping plate and in this position the user is assured that he will not injure his hands while sharpening. The knife will always be set at the correct angle of inclination.
The sharpening angle is individually adjusted depending on the type of tool being sharpened.
The grinding set contains four grinding stones of different grit levels. The mechanism of changing the grinding stones in the Ganzo Touch Pro Ultra, allows for easy and quick adjustments, made in seconds!
