The Tracker Digger is one of those designs that isn't the "norm" but fulfills a need that many people have. They wanted to challenge the conventional wisdom that says "you should never put a knife in the dirt". While that is almost always a good rule of thumb, sometimes you need something the size of a knife to do the job instead of a big shovel or flimsy garden tool.
The Tracker Digger has a wide, thick blade that provides strength and durability. The handle is large enough to fit comfortably in any hand, and comes in a nylon sheath with a large front pocket for survival micro kits, a grinding system, or anything else the user can dream up.
