Product detailed description
This combat-oriented Nomad packs a lot of clever features into a lightweight package. 440C stainless steel makes maintenance a breeze. The aluminum bolster (made from 6061 T-6 aircraft aluminum) not only protects your hand from slipping on the blade, but can also protect it from an attacker's knife. The slight clip point provides great penetration. It is lightweight and nimble, making it easy to carry and great for quick slashing cuts. The split on the back gives the user another strike option in a defensive/fighting situation. The G10 material handles have a grip that provides a firm hold on the knife.
A secure, black, leather sheath for a quieter draw than nylon or kydex will also reliably protect the Nomad from unwanted elements during transport.
When you add it all up, you get a tool that serves perfectly, especially for entry-level personnel like SWAT teams and some military operators.

In late 1998, the TOPS Knives brand was founded with the goal of creating some of the highest quality knives on the market. These knives are tools that are designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experience of many users in the military, armed forces, outdoor professions and martial arts. Specifically, designers with backgrounds ranging from Navy Seals to Airborne Rangers, from martial arts instructors to survival experts, and from SWAT team members to Native weapons experts were collaborated with. TOPS has a designer from almost every background that uses hard-core knives.
All TOPS knives are handcrafted in a sweatshop in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, USA.
