Product detailed description
The Lynx was the first knife produced by Marttiini and has been in continuous production since its inception. The Lynx was awarded the "Best Product" prize at the 1932 Viipuri fair. The main characteristic that makes the Lynx popular is the curvature of the blade. The slightly upturned blade tip makes skinning and lifting to the hot kettle from the campfire easier. The blade has a beautiful Satin polish finish and the flat side of the blade is inscribed "J. Marttiini, Finland". The Golden Lynx features a brass bolster and leather sheath. The design and decoration on the sheath also reflects their strong Lapland tradition. Lynx knives continue to be produced according to the original Marttiini design.
