In extreme situations where a suspect attempts to take an officer's weapon or where an officer does not have access to his or her weapon, the TDI knife is available as a "last resort". When worn on the waistband of your pants, the entire unit - knife and sheath - is well concealed. Designed by John Benner, founder and owner of Tactical Defense Institute. Benner has trained thousands of law enforcement officers since TDI's founding in 1986.
The Ka-Bar TDI Law Knife has a black-finished blade, black handle and sheath, and a black metal belt clip.
The handle is made of Zytel, perfectly formed, this material does not change size, shape or color over time, the grip has a slightly wet effect.
