What started as a conversation at the Blade Show has turned into a very popular knife in the ESEE Knives Expat line. The CL1 cleaver was born out of a wealth of experience cooking in the kitchen and in the bush. If you're looking for a versatile tool for the camp kitchen that can double as a wood splitting or chopping tool, then the Expat cleaver should be on your list.

Carbon steel, 4.7mm thick, with a hanging cutout in the shape of the American state of Idaho. The knife comes with a leather sheath.
