Condor Cojang Jungle Machete Walnut
Code: CTK2014207HCRelated products
Product detailed description
The Condor Cojang Jungle Machete is based on research into Sumatran designs by Joe Flowers, who was interested in Klewang-style swords and tools, and Cojang eventually tracked down a replica at a rare antiques dealer in San Francisco.
His design resulted in an exceptionally well-functioning lightweight machete. Field testing was excellent. The Cojang Jungle machete starts with a 20" (51 cm) 6 mm tapered blade that tapers to less than 2 mm at the tip with a huge distal taper, making it extremely light.
Instead of a Horn-style blade, Condor opted for a full tang handle, which uses the traditional lug at the end of the handle to incorporate the exposed cord while keeping with the aesthetic tradition of this legendary blade.

The Condor Tool & Knife brand was founded in 1787 in Solingen, Germany.
Over the generations, the manufacturer of quality swords, military knives, and agricultural tools found it necessary to expand into other countries to better serve its customers. In 1964, the company created a new Imacasa plant in Santa Ana, El Salvador, and equipped it with state-of-the-art German technology. Today, the factory produces the highest quality machetes, knives, axes, shovels and other hand tools.
