Head: Almost an inch long head, made of durable 1055 carbon steel with a thin profile for fast, efficient chopping and deep penetration. The handle passes through the eye in the traditional manner, while the innovative screw-clamp bar provides a very secure fit and quick change, with screws easily loosened with a single Allen key. The rod can also be used to drive wooden or plastic stakes.
Handle: Handle made from genuine straight hickory with a generous shoulder for a comfortable close grip for fine work while chipping quickly in the hand.
The handle is angled for optimum leverage and control.
