Product detailed description
When your action reaches the kitchen, the right tool will make all the difference. The new 15500OR-2 Meatcrafter is a hybrid hunting fixed blade with a fine, smooth edge for trimming, paring or slicing your preferred cuts of meat. Featuring Benchmade's new SelectEdge technology, it provides a 28-degree angle on the blade, balancing a perfect edge with a carefully designed blade flex.
New from Benchmade is premium CPM-S45VN stainless steel, which provides the perfect balance of fine grain, quality edge and carefully designed blade flex. This knife makes as much sense in the back of your car as it does in the kitchen drawer. Take extra care when inserting the Meatcrafter knife. The extremely sharp blade and tip should be carefully guided into the sheath with minimal resistance. Do not use excessive force as the tip and/or blade may cut through any sheath if not guided properly. If you feel resistance, remove the knife from the sheath and reposition it in the sheath.
