The approximately 190mm blade is made from premium CPM 3V powder steel, which features extreme toughness, high wear resistance, and an above-average ability to hold an edge even under heavy use. Thanks to precision heat treatment and cryogenic tempering, it reaches a hardness of around 58-60 HRC, which ensures an optimal balance between cutability and resistance to breakage.
The solid full-tang construction gives the knife strength and reliability even in rougher applications such as batoning. The high-convex blade geometry allows for a smooth cut while providing sufficient thickness for aggressive chopping. The blade finish minimizes friction as it passes through the material while protecting against corrosion.
