(0.8% Carbon (C), 7.5% Chromium (Cr), 1.3% Molybdenum (Mo), 3% Vanadium (V), 0.4% Manganese (Mn), 0.9% Silicon (Si), 0.4% Tungsten (W)) Powder steel with very high wear resistance, although in terms of toughness, we can find tougher steels. Combined with wear resistance, however, better steels are less easy to find. In terms of corrosion resistance, due to the higher chromium content, rust tends to form superficially. Despite its hardness, the steel does not suffer from micro-warping of the blade. An ideal choice for tough, hard, dulling-resistant steel. Typical Rockwell hardness up to 64 HRc. USA / Crucible
