The Tops MSF is a flipper style knife (unassisted) that boasts a full Scandi cut, great for slicing and ideal for EDC.
The blade steel is N690Co, which is a very durable steel that holds its edge well and is relatively easy to resharpen if needed.
The blades are also stainless steel with brown canvas Micarta handle scales for a smooth and comfortable grip.
The ball pads on the pivot point ensure smooth operation when opening and closing, and it has a reversible pocket clip for both right and left-handed users.

Note: MSF is a collaborative piece. It was designed by Leo Espinoza, but TOPS teamed up with Maserin Knives and had the MSF made in Italy.

In late 1998, the TOPS Knives brand was founded with the goal of creating some of the highest quality knives on the market. These knives are tools that are designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experience of many users in the military, armed forces, outdoor professions and martial arts. Specifically, designers with backgrounds ranging from Navy Seals to Airborne Rangers, from martial arts instructors to survival experts, and from SWAT team members to Native weapons experts were collaborated with. TOPS has a designer from almost every background that uses hard-core knives.
All TOPS knives are handcrafted in a sweatshop in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, USA.
