TEMAGAMI n.301

Product detailed description
It was designed by Les Stroud, a Canadian expert on survival techniques and creator of the famous TV show Survivor man. This knife is very strong thanks to its semi-full cut. The tang is exposed on the top and pommel, but is covered by the wood of the handle on the finger side. This protects the fingers from direct contact with the steel in cold weather. The drop point blade is made of triple rolled carbon steel, which offers excellent strength and easy sharpening. The shape of the handle allows good control of the knife when held in multiple positions. The Temagami comes with a Scandinavian style sheath that holds the knife securely without the need for carabiners or straps.

No machine can replace skilled craftsmanship.
Helle knives are made to withstand the pressures and stresses that knives are subjected to during use. Helle maintains its tradition of handcrafted craftsmanship, not subject to automated production and an unnecessarily wide range of models. They believe that the highest quality is achieved through honest hand craftsmanship.
Experienced professionals are proud of the Helle production system. As each piece leaves production, it is checked for up to half an hour, for the sake of certainty that all quality and workmanship requirements of the knife are met.
A Helle knife goes through up to 45 stages of manual operations before finally being inspected and packaged.
