Detailed information

Product detailed description

New improved RESCUE rescue knife series with automatic opening.
The knife blade with saw blade and rounded tip is made of 420 stainless steel with hardness 52-55 HRc. It is designed for cutting seat belts, webbing, fabrics, plastic ties, cables, rubber hoses, hemp and silk ropes, etc... The blade is opened by a freely movable lever that allows opening even with coarse gloves.
The knife blades are made of rubber, are orange in colour and are marked with the red RESCUE inscription. The advantage of the blade material is its flexibility and durability, which protects the knife from damage.
The knife has an LED signal with the most accessible USB-C charging. The LED signaling in the knife's scabbard is one of the knife's greatest strengths. Attaching the knife to your clothing in areas of reduced visibility allows you to track your movements. The illuminated blade also minimizes the risk of losing the knife.
For breaking auto glass, the knife has been equipped with a replaceable breaking tip that is attached to the ejector pen and hardened to a hardness of 48 HRc. The pen is replaceable and any user can easily replace it themselves even with a glass breaker. Before removing the glass breaker, you must first remove the ring from the back of the blade.
The linerlock saw is used for cutting bonded glass on the front and rear windows of the car. The saw is opened via the extended end by catching it, e.g. on clothing. When cutting laminated glass, the glass breaker is first used to make a hole through which the saw is pushed and then the desired hole is cut.
The knife also includes a flat screwdriver with 8 mm and 10 mm hexagons, which can be used for opening junction boxes, disconnecting car batteries, removing connected cables, tightening hoses, etc.

Mikulášovice, still called "Nixdorf" in the 18th century, is undoubtedly the place where the cutlery industry in Bohemia began. This small border town lies in the northernmost point of the Czech Republic. There were many itinerant knife cutters in the area who were noticed by the merchant Ignaz Rösler and employed in his first knife factory.
Initially, the factory employed 100 workers, but by 1819 the number had doubled. The economic success of this factory led other inhabitants to set up other knife-making enterprises and auxiliary trades, and soon most of the citizens of Mikulášovice and the surrounding villages were connected with knife-making. Mikulášovice came to be known as the 'Czech Solingen'.
