The blade often uses 440C or D2 stainless steel, known for their high hardness (56-60 HRC) and long blade retention. Some models feature a stonewash or titanium coating, which increases corrosion resistance and visually masks minor scratches.
The handles combine materials such as G10, carbon, aluminium or wood to provide an optimal weight balance and a comfortable grip. Closing mechanisms include liner lock, frame lock or axis lock, each of which provides specific advantages in terms of safety and handling comfort.
Max Knives also offers tactical and collectible models, often combining design elements inspired by traditional European and modern tactical knives. The brand's products appeal to both outdoor enthusiasts and professionals from the ranks of rescue and security forces.
