This Kershaw Launch 1 is an automatic knife, it has a MagnaCut steel blade, which is one of the few that was made directly as a knife, by Mr. Larrin Thomass, tailored to the requirements of the excessive toughness of steel, it is a truly versatile super steel, not only for its excellent toughness, but also for the very decent durability of even a fine edge, all combined with a high level of corrosion resistance.
Strong opening mechanism,the knife was made in the USA at the Kershaw manufacturing plant in Tualatin, Oregon.
It features a large, versatile drop-point blade with a BlackWash blade finish that helps hide scratches from use.
