We are excited to introduce the revolutionary Metamorphosis knife, which was unveiled at the 2023 Blade Show in Atlanta. This knife, the result of the vision of Gabriele Frati, CEO and owner of Oreste Frati Srl, stands out for its innovative concept of extreme customization made possible by an advanced configurator that will be available on the Fox Knives website.
The configurator will allow knife enthusiasts to delve into a universe of choices, drawing on a range of components from Fox Knives' seven offerings. With this flexibility, customers can mix and match different elements to create a truly unique knife. In addition, each component will be available for separate purchase, allowing users to customize even the default versions offered by Fox Knives.

At the heart of this exceptional knife is the Radius system, a unique innovation that combines safety and practicality of movement. Unlike its predecessor, the Radius, the Metamorphosis knife features a pinball machine that adds an element of fidget and turns using the knife into an engaging and fun experience.
Component options that will be available include high quality materials for the core system's faceplate such as Timasco, blue oxidised titanium with black PVD, stone-washed brass and orange anodised aluminium, the same finishes are used on the spacers. The mouldings are available in two variants: the Damacore in Damasteel® steel and the M390 with black, stone washed and satin PVD finishes. For grips, six grip options are offered, including black titanium PVD, drilled 3K carbon fiber, green OD and black Micarta, green anodized aluminum (drilled option) and black. Hardware is made of titanium with PVD finish and blue oxidation, stainless steel with polished and sandblasted PVD finish. Finally, the clips are offered in blue anodized and black titanium with PVD finish, stainless steel with polished, black PVD finish and sandblasted.
The Metamorphosis is completed with a textured black vegetable tanned leather case with belt loop, offering practicality and style for everyday wear. All assembly can be done with just one tool, the handy Fox Knives screwdriver included in the knife set. There is also a handy black vegetable tanned leather sheath fitted with a hole for threading a belt through.

The now world-famous FoxKnives company was founded in 1977 as a logical continuation of the development of Oreste Frati's company, which was originally involved in the development of knives that were sold under other brands.
