The Frame Rock is a new knife based on the design of the successful Ti-Rock knife, which Extrema Ratio custom-made for a renowned Italian distributor. The knife features a thicker titanium handle that offers great durability yet is very lightweight. The strength and durability of the framelock safety is guaranteed by a heat-treated steel liner that can be easily replaced. Unlike its drop-point predecessor, the Frame Rock has a spearpoint blade, 75 mm long and 6 mm thick. The blade is made of Bohler N690 steel, heat treated to 58 HRC. To make opening even smoother and effortless, the blade pivots on ball bearings. This mechanism allows the user to adjust the force needed to release the blade from the closed position thanks to a screw. The strong handle and the sturdy blade allow even heavy-duty tasks to be handled. The Frame Rock weighs just 270g, making it a relatively lightweight knife for such a sturdy design. It comes with a special ABS sheath.
