Detailed information

Product detailed description

The most popular men's knife from the Böker collection in an explosive automatic version, equipped with the best blade steel available and handmade in Solingen.
With the hot-blooded Urban Trapper NXT knife, American knifemaker Brad Zinker introduces a tailor-made knife for knife lovers who have a taste for style.
The dynamic automatic knife with its slim body, distinctive and timelessly elegant, guarantees breathtaking performance.
The drop-point blade opens with an audible and perceptible sound via a defined button that simultaneously unlocks the knife and highlights the high-strength aluminium handle with an embedded design and high-contrast Boker logo.
The powder metallurgical steel of the CPM MagnaCut blade (61-62 HRC) provides consistently superior performance due to its style-defining properties such as high edge strength, hardness, corrosion resistance and toughness.
Compared to its predecessor, the enlarged button increases ease of use. Another improvement is the flat wire spring that the opening mechanism is now equipped with. This enhances the already impressive performance of this automatic knife and takes it to a new level.
The fine manners are also demonstrated by the stainless steel clip that allows the knife to be carried discreetly and the quality felt sheath for storage.
Handmade in the Böker manufactory in Solingen.

Böker - the history of the factory dates back to the 17th century, the original forge was then located in Remscheid. In 1829-30, production was extended to sabres and swords. At that time, the factory employed over 100 blacksmiths and sharpeners. In the second half of the 19th century, part of the family moved to the USA and Canada, where they established further production facilities. The last of the Bocker siblings, Heinrich, moved to Solingen where most of today's production comes from. Boker manufactures knives according to its own designs and those of well-known knifemakers.
The company now manufactures its products in Germany, the USA and Argentina and uses the marketing brand MAGNUM. Böker develops new types and designs itself and employs several designers. The knives are manufactured on CNC (computer controlled machine tools) with the highest quality.
