The Benchmade 865-02 Mini Bedlam is a fascinating combination of tactical predation and refined elegance in a compact size suitable for everyday carry. Known for its extreme wear resistance and excellent blade retention, the CPM-S90V premium stainless steel blade features a satin finish and a distinctive sabre shape with a distinctive raised tip. This design allows for efficient hooking and smooth cutting, both for delicate and more demanding tasks.
The handle of the knife is made of marbled carbon fibre, while its dynamic texture naturally follows the curvature of the ergonomic profile. This design promotes a firm and secure grip even during fast and vigorous movements. The overall length of the open blade is approximately 220 millimetres, the blade length is approximately 88 millimetres and the blade thickness is around 3.2 millimetres, providing an ideal balance between robustness and maneuverability.
Black oxidised and dark copper PVD elements, including the bolts and clip, along with the elegantly bevelled copper PVD spacer at the end of the handle, complete the predatory, almost reptilian character of the entire knife. The Axis Lock mechanism secures the blade securely and smoothly in both open and closed positions, allowing for smooth and quick one-handed operation.
