Due Cigni knife boning series 1896 walnut 15cm
Code: 2C 1006 NORelated products
Product detailed description
The boning knives feature a narrow blade that can be easily manipulated and rotated in the hand and swung in all directions. With these knives, you can debone and cut meat and poultry, skin, and remove sinew. A great helper for any kitchen.
The knives, which are part of the exclusive 1896 Due Cigni series, have a handle made of walnut wood, which is extremely appreciated for its unmistakable pattern and high durability. This unique wood has been used in Europe since the 17th century, especially for the production of first-class furniture, the stocks of valuable hunting rifles, and high-end artistic and decorative objects. Its excellent qualities are evidenced, for example, by the fact that the price of Asian walnut wood is much higher than that of frequently used exotic woods (rosewood, mahogany).
