The Bark River Tope Recon Walnut Burl 3V is a high-performance outdoor knife designed for demanding outdoor use, survival situations and tough bushcraft tasks. The approximately 190mm blade is made from premium CPM 3V powder steel, which features extreme toughness, high wear resistance, and an above-average ability to hold an edge even under heavy use. Thanks to precision heat treatment and cryogenic tempering, it reaches a hardness of around 58-60 HRC, which ensures an optimal balance between cutability and resistance to breakage.

The solid full-tang construction gives the knife strength and reliability even in rougher applications such as batoning. The high-convex blade geometry allows for a smooth cut while providing sufficient thickness for aggressive chopping. The blade finish minimizes friction as it passes through the material while protecting against corrosion.

The handle is made of luxurious Walnut Burl, whose unique grain gives each piece a unique look.
